About Joy of Socks
The business was founded back in 1998 as an online only store, and had almost immediate success after being featured by Yahoo Magazine the same year. This success led them to open their flagship retail outlet in Rockport, which was followed up in 2007 with their second store.
Today their large inventory is handled out of a warehouse in Newburyport, MA.

Shipping Options
Joy of Socks ship to many countries worldwide including the US, Canada, UK, and most of Europe.
Within the US standard shipping (no matter the value of the order) is absolutely free without using a Joy of Socks coupon code, and will take up to 10 business days. This includes FPO & APO addresses, and US Territories. Orders over the value of $50 will be upgraded to USPS Priority or Ground services, which can take up to 6 business days. Below this threshold you can pay an extra $5.75 for the same option.
Other options include Next Business Day ($41.95), 2nd Day ($21.95), and 3 Day ($19).
Shipping to Canada and overseas costs a flat rate of $15, and can take up to 18 days or 4 weeks respectively.
Non-US customers are only permitted to pay using Paypal.
Return Policy
Joy of Socks operate a 30 day returns policy, allowing you to return any brand new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (excluding clearance items). If you received a damage or defective item, or the wrong items was sent, there's no need to send it back as the company will simply send out a replacement after you get in touch.
