TiVo was founded in 1997 Jim Barton and Mike Ramsay under the company name Teleworld. It was one of the first devices that could save digitally broadcast television shows to an internal harddrive for seamless playback, as well as fast forward, rewind and jump functions. Today the device can be setup to record every new episode of a chosen series, record shows automatically based on viewing habits, and you can record and play at the same time.

TiVo Sells
TiVo has several different DVR products available, each with slightly different features and functions. The latest device is the TiVo BOLT that not only records programming but completely replaces your cable company's box. Features include automatic commercial skipping, 4K Ultra HD support, watch shows at faster speeds (sporting events, slow news broadcasts etc), and you can also access the service on the go using a tablet or mobile device.
Second from the top is the TiVo Roamio which is a more traditional DVR, and the TiVo Mini which allows you to take your primary TiVo service and extend it around the home.

Shipping Options
Tivo.com currently only serves the 50 US states and no other territories. Shipping is completely free without the need for a TiVo coupon code, when ordering any BOLT, Roamio or Mini product. This however is only applicable within the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii orders will still have to pay for shipping.

Return Policy
TiVo operates a 30 day trial / money back guarantee, allowing customers to use the product for up to 30 days with the ability to return it for a refund in that period. You will still need to include the original packaging and the device cannot be damaged in any way.
Of course if you have used a TiVo promo code to get a discount you will only be refunded the amount charged after this was applied.
