Return Policy
Sole Society run a 30 day return policy from the day an order is dispatched, meaning you can return all unworn and unused items within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange. Unless you received the order in error or it's defective in some way, you will be charged a $7.95 restocking fee. Customers outside the 48 contiguous states are also charged a $12.95 return shipping fee.
To initiate a return you need to go in to your online account's order history and print a return form and prepaid label.
