Payment Methods

Viva Terra currently only accepts credit cards and debit cards for online orders, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Maestro. You can also redeem their own branded Gift Cards for all or part of your order. Any remaining balance must be paid using a credit card.

Shipping Options

Currently VivaTerra only serve customers within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. APO & FPO addresses are excluding.

Standard shipping is charged based on the value of your order for most items, and takes between 5 to 7 business days. This starts at $4.95 for orders up to $25.99 and reaches  $28.95 for orders between $300 and $399.99. Above this amount and you're charged at 10% of the order total.

From time to time you can get free shipping by using the designated VivaTerra coupon code.

You can also pay extra for faster options. For Express Delivery (2 business days) you should add an extra $14.95. 

Select items will ship at a flat rate of $8.95 regardless of value or size, while other items may carry a surcharge because of their size (such as furniture).

Live plants cannot be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Return Policy

Items can be returned no questions asked within 30 days of the original purchase date, or within 7 days for plants. The store will then be happy to grant you a refund or exchange. Unwanted items must be in their original unused and brand new state. You must also cover your own shipping costs unless you received an order in a damaged or defective condition.

Of course if you have used a VivaTerra discount coupon you will only be refunded the actual amount charged to your payment method.

All orders come shipped with the require returns form so you do not have to contact customer support before sending something back.
