rue21.com currently only serves customers in the United States using a flat rate of shipping via UPS and USPS. All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping (usually $7) and free in-store returns. You can also pay $17 for 2-Day shipping, and $25 for Overnight shipping. Occasionally you can also get free shipping regardless of the order value by using select rue21 coupons.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, for a no questions asked full refund or exchange. Items however must be in their original unworn condition to qualify, unless they were delivered defective. All orders come with the required returns form which should be filled out and sent back with the items.
Of course if you used a rue21 coupon your refund will only be for the amount you actually spent.
