Shipping Options
Old Navy has free shipping for all orders over $50, without the need to enter a coupon code. All you have to do is select the FREE Every Day option during checkout. Orders will arrive in 7-9 business days. Everyday Free Shipping is only available to US customers (including Puerto Rico), and Gift cards do not count towards the $50 order total.
Faster options include Standard ($7), Two-Day ($17) and Next Day ($22).
The site does not currently cater to customers outside of the United States.

Return Policy
Most Old Navy products all eligible for a 45 day returns policy, so long as they are in their original and unused condition. This can be initiated fro within your online account, where you're prompted to select the reason for the return and various other options. You will then be able to print a prepaid shipping label, though most orders already come with a label as part of the packing slip.
