About Boston Store
Boston Store is lead by President and CEO of The Bon-Ton, Kathryn Bufano, who was appointed in 2014 after leaving the Belk Inc. department store.
It traces its roots all the way back to 1897 when the first store was opened in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, by the Stone family. In the years that followed they would open up shop in several other locations in Wisconsin, including Oshkosh, Sheboygan and Manitowoc.
The chain was later acquired by Bergner's and then itself went on to acquire Gimbels and several other stores, which would be replaced by Boston Store.
In 2005 Saks (Boston's parent company at the time) sold its department store division to Bon-Ton Stores for $1.1 billion deal, which included Younkers and Bergner's. The decision was then made to replace Younkers outlets with Boston Store outlets instead.
The majority of Boston Store's inventory can be purchased online at BostonStore.com and there are also many online only exclusives.
Boston Store Sells
BostonStore.com stocks a wide variety of clothing, accessories, and home furnishing products. Popular items, sale information, and the current seasons are displayed prominently on the homepage. You can browse via Men, Women or Children, as well as Brands.

Clicking a category such as shoes will take you to a new page where you can sort items via type of shoe, whether they're for women, men or kids. As well as brand, color, size, and price range.

Boston Store supports most major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use store cards from any Bon-Ton outlet, including Bergner's, Bon-Ton, Boston Store itself, Carson Pirie Scott, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's or Younkers.

Shipping Options
At this time the site only caters to US customers in the 48 contiguous states, excluding Puerto Rico, military addresses and PO Boxes.
Shipping is handled by UPS at a flat rate of $9.95 for standard delivery (7 to 10 days), $19.95 for 2-Day delivery, and $29.95 for next day delivery. Orders paid for by Gift Card are treated as standard shipping.
In some instances you can spend a certain amount to qualify for free shipping but this offer varies and is not always running. We list any free shipping offers alongside the other Boston Store coupons.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your UPS Tracking number, so you can keep an eye on when your parcel will arrive.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt due to the items being defective or unwanted. As long as they are in the same condition as when they were sent, you can print off a return label online.
