The website provides information on how individuals will be charged in the “Hotel Policies” section under “Conditions” as well as in the booking confirmation. Most hotels do not require a payment or deposit in advance but if they do, it will be stated during booking and in the confirmation email. Valid credit cards are necessary to guarantee a reservation with most hotels. Most places do not accept a debit card to guarantee a booking but there are some exceptions, the booking process will provide the necessary payment methods for each individual reservation.

Return Policy
