The Backcountry online store delivers all across the United States, including all 50 states and APO & FPO addresses. The amount you are charged is based on your order value, the speed of the method used, and your address. For example orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged more. The cheapest option is Economy and can take up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Returning an Order to Backcountry
Backcountry allows customers to return their order within 30 days of the delivery date for an equivalent store credit value. This applies to unwanted items that you have returned in their original brand new and unused condition. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
Used gear, bikes, or bike frames that aren't damaged due to abuse will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to your Backcountry account. They do not accept the return of products damaged due to abuse.
Direct exchanges are currently not supported. You are advised to initiate a return and then place a new order as soon as possible.
To make a return, fill out any included return form and include it in the package. Then use the prepaid return label worth $6.99. This will be deducted from your store credit. You should then send the return to:

It can take up to 5 business days for a returned to be processed once it arrives at their distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
You can also return an item if it arrives damaged or defective in some way, or you receive the wrong item altogether. In this scenario you should contact customer support right away with any evidence (i.e. photos), and they will guide you further. If they accept the return you will be refunded to the payment method you used to make the purchase, and all shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Of course if you have used a Backcountry coupon to get money off your order, this percentage is not going to be included in the refund.
