About Robeez
Robeez operates as a subsidiary of Collective Brands, Inc., which owns several other popular shoe brands. Robeez itself was founded in 1994 by Sandra Wilson from her home in Vancouver. The idea was sparked after she found trouble finding baby shoes that fit her own son comfortably, so she designed her own non-slip sole from suede, with an added elastic fastener to ensure there was no slipping and the shoes would never fall off.

Robeez accepts returns on orders within 30 days from day of purchase. All returns of products must be in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
