Shipping Options
Standard shipping is done though different courier services such as United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. Delivery to US states can take up to 3-5 working days, whereas, for Alaska, Hawaii and Union territories, the expected delivery time is 5-8 working days. Expedited options in the form of 2nd Day AIR and Overnight delivery are available for in-stock items. Shipping costs are different for items of various price ranges and also the destined location. Heavier items such as furniture are shipped through Freight delivery, and are charged extra for the service.
Return Policy
All non-furniture items are accepted for return within 30 days from the date of receiving the product and the refund will be made to the same method of payment you used for purchase. In case of furniture items, it is made sure that it reaches to you without any damage, but if it doesn’t, Poppin will either pay back the full amount or replace the damaged item. You can claim such an act within 5 days from the date of receipt. You need to present the details of the damage on the bill you sign after receiving your freight delivery. White glove installation and shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied if the item is not returned in its original packaging. For all the manufacturing defects, items will be replaced after 30 days.
