About BuildDirect
BuildDirect was founded in 1999 by Jeff Booth and Rob Banks, who had first hand experience with the difficulties of ordering home improvement materials and getting projects finished. The wanted to streamline the whole process. In the beginning they acted as couriers for heavyweight items, and then eventually branched out in to a marketplace. In 2008 they began filling their own warehouses with suppliers' products to speed up the process.
Today they maintain 6 warehouses in Vancouver B.C., Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, and New Jersey, and serve both Canada and the United States.
Both founders are still on board with the company, with Jeff Booth serving as CEO and President, and Rob Banks serving as Executive Officer and Director.

Return Policy
BuildDirect operate a 30 day money back guarantee return policy, allowing you to return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Any used or marked items cannot be returned. While original delivery charges aren't reimbursed they do not charge to pick-up the returning items. You will however get a 100% full refund if items arrived in a damaged or defective state.
Custom made, special orders and clearance items are excluded from the returns policy.
