Shipping Options
BootBay currently only ship to customers within the United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a flat rate of $50, so it's probably best to wait until you can make a large order rather than buying just one pair.
Within the 48 contiguous states Ground Shipping is completely free. You can also pay $19.95 for Express Shipping, which takes 3 to 5 business days.
They do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Return Policy
BootBay operate a 90 day return policy that allows customers to return any unworn items within 90 days from the delivery date, for a refund or exchange. The cost of the prepaid return shipping label is waived if you opt for an exchange, but if you want a refund the cost will be deducted.
If you received the order in a damaged or defective condition you have up to 6 months to make the return, but they items will be inspected before a refund is approved. You will be reimbursed a maximum of $15 to cover shipping costs in this scenario.
