Tennis Express allows all returns and exchanges on products that still have tags, are in their original package, and are unused. All returns and exchanges must be within 90 days of the original purchase date. For many of the products found on Tennis Express there is a manufacturer’s warranty. Tennis Express has the right to charge a restocking fee at their own discretion when the customers return an item due to an indecision error. There is an automatic 15% restocking fee on items that are returned after the 90-day period. It is important to note that no items will be accepted once they pass 150 days after purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges to and from Tennis Express. All items that qualify for free shipping and are under $59.99 that need to be returned will be charged a $5.75 fee for shipping and handling.
