The company was founded in 1997 by Jeff Kelly as a single store, with the online store launching the following year in 1998. After great success it was acquired by popular shoe brand Deckers Outdoor Corp in 2011, and now Jake Brandman currently serves as CEO. Shipping Options
Sanuk has 3 main delivery methods Ground (shipment in 3 to 10 business days), 2-day, and Next Day shipping. All are available at a different fee, which depends on a couple of factors including your location, as additional charges can apply to those residing in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
If your order total is over $35 you will qualify for free Ground shipping. Sometimes a special Sanuk coupon code will also allow you to get free shipping regardless of the order value.
Return Policy
Those who are unsatisfied with anything that they have purchased will be able to ask for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, please allow 15 days from the date that the refund is received before your money is transferred back. To be eligible for a refund, make sure that the items are in their original condition, and still have all the original tags attached. Dirty shoes and those with any debris will be sent back to the customer without evaluation. Further claims can be made to the customer support team, which can also handle exchanges if needed. Once they receive your request, the staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
