Shipping Options
All the domestic orders are shipped via FedEx courier, while United States Postal service is employed for APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. FedEx ground shipping takes 3-5 working days, although west coast locations can expect a faster turnaround. Ground shipping is free on all orders in excess of $75. USPS priority mail is used for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and it can take up to 5-10 working days. FedEx 2nd day and overnight services are available at flat charges applicable on different items. All the international shipments are done through USPS priority International and the delivery can take several days depending on custom clearance etc. Any kind of additional charge is applicable on the customer’s side.
Return Policy
In case you find the item not up to your expectations, you can request for a full refund or a replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase. It should come along in original condition with the invoice attached. You’ll reimbursed through the same method of payment you employed for purchase (deducting the shipping and handling costs). All the defective products can only be claimed for a refund and no replacement. It can take up to 2-4 weeks to process the return and the refunded amount shall reflect in the form of credit.
