Return Policy
Best Buy operate a 15 day return policy for regular customers, allowing then to return any unopened and unused item within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Elite and Elite Plus members who pay a subscription have 30 and 45 days respectively to make their returns of unwanted goods.
Products can be returned to your local Best Buy store, or you can fill out the form that comes with every order and send it to the address on the form. Unless you received a damaged or defective item you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.
