What are the shipping charges?
Knockaround’s shipping charges vary by the product, weight, and delivery. Remember that their free shipping orders do not apply to international orders. If you are ordering a few pairs of sunglasses, we recommend you to choose the USPS First-Class shipping option. It’ll only take about $5 for one or two pairs of sunglasses and reach your doorstep within six or seven business days if you choose the USPS First-Class shipping option.
How do I track my package?
You can use the “Track order” feature which can be accessed from the top right corner of their website. Once you enter that web page, you’ll be prompted to enter both your order number and your email address. The tracking number for your order and all the required delivery information will be displayed if your order has been shipped.
How long do they take to ship my product?
They usually take a few business days to ship your product. An email is usually sent to confirm that your order has been shipped along with the tracking number. The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping option you’ve chosen. It may take an extra few days to ship your order during their busiest times of the year (spring, summer, and holidays). If you’ve chosen the USPS First Class Mail, it takes about 5 – 7 business days after your order has been shipped. If you’ve chosen the USPS Priority Mail, it takes about 3 – 5 days after your product has been shipped, while it takes only about 5 – 7 days for the UPS Ground service to deliver your products. The orders placed choosing the UPS 2nd Day Air service gets delivered by the end of 2 business days from the ship date (if the order has been placed before 2 PM pacific time), and it takes only 1 business day if the order has been placed choosing the UPS Next day (if the order has been placed before 2 PM pacific time).
