Shipping Options
All the video tapes, DVDs and CDs can be shipped through Safe Ship Kit UPS shipping. You can place all your photos and videos in the kit and leave it to any UPS location. You can also use FedEx or USPS for the delivery, although make sure to pack the stuff in a small box, with a bubble wrap. Processing of orders can take up to 2-4 weeks.
Return Policy
iMemories membership comes with a 30 day free trial, in which you can view, share, edit and customize your DVDs. After this period, you can either buy the membership or discontinue the use. In case you are not satisfied with the services provided by iMemories, particularly the Photo Transfer Service, a re-attempt will be made to meet the quality requirements of the file, failing which a refund may be made at the discretion of iMemories. However, all the customized services and the transfer orders are not eligible for refund.
