Equipment is shipped through standard ground shipping to most of the locations within the contiguous USA. Expedited shipping option may be available on request, although you’ll be charged an extra amount for that. Return Policy
After receiving your equipment, if you are not happy with the phone or broadband service for any reason, you may request for a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. It should be in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. Once received, it will be inspected and the refund amount shall be credited deducting any charge you dint pay for the service or if there is any damage to the equipment due to mishandling. Shipping costs are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply.
