Shipping Options
Most of the orders (made by 1PM EST from Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day from the warehouse. Standard ground shipping takes up to 1-6 working days to reach the locations within the 48 contiguous states of US, based on the distance from the warehouse. Shipments are not done to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO/FPOs) , Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US territories outside the US states, because of the size and content of the shipping package. You can expedite the shipping option on request, for which you may be charged extra per shipment.
Return Policy
In case you receive an incorrect item or a damaged product, it’ll be replaced and the shipping charges will be paid by the company. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request for a refund of the full amount within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item should be in its original condition with all the original tags attached. Shipping nd handling charges are non-refundable. Before preparing the return package, make sure to generate an RMA number by emailing the customer care. All the final sale items such as liquidation sales or scratch sale are not accepted for return.
