Customers can sort product by price, color, featured items, newest items, material, size, and style. Payment:
The company offers payment by credit card and accepts the following cards, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PayPal is also an acceptable form of payment. Customers are charged when the item is shipped and if an item is not available or in stock, the customer will not be charged. If a customer has store credit, a gift card is redeemable online when selecting payment options.
Shipping:
Charming Charlie ships all throughout the United States, including to Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping is currently not an option, but the company does ship to P.O. Box addresses. Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method. A flat rate of $5.95 USD is charged for Standard Shipping, unless the order total is $50 or more, then free shipping is provided using the Standard Shipping method. Two day shipping is an option for a flat rate of $13.95 and overnight shipping is $21.95. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, 2-day is two business days and Overnight will be shipped to the customer in just 1 business day. Orders must be placed by 1pm EST in order to ship the same day.
Returns:
The company allows customers an opportunity to return items within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers can send items back using the company’s return form provided on the back of the packing slip, or they can physically return the item to a store with a packing slip provided as well. Returns need to be accompanied by the original receipt, packing slip, and tags to receive a full refund to the original form of payment. Gifts can be returned and the customer will receive a Charming Charlie gift card in exchange for the gift return. The company has a Customer Care toll free telephone number with representatives who will be happy to assist customers with the return process or any other questions or concerns.
