About Raise
The privately held company began under the name CouponTrade and was launched as an iPhone app out of Bousis' apartment. It was a simply a basic coupon provider at that time, but eventually they opened the Raise marketplace.

Shipping Options
Most orders from Raise.com are shipped using USPS. They currently only ship to the 50 US states, excluding military addresses, and territories like Puerto Rico. International orders are also not available.
All physical gift cards are shipped for free and take up to 14 business days to arrive, and there are no hidden costs associated with e-gift cards, which will be sent right away by email and from within your account.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted on unwanted gift cards, but if you receive a fraudulent, non-working or misrepresented gift card, you can return them for 100% of your money back.
