FedEx Ground Home shipping: Orders in excess of $50 come with a free shipping offer that can take up to 5-7 working days for delivery, and does not require a PetSafe coupon code. Orders below $50 are charged a flat rate of $4.95 per shipment. Alaska and Hawaii are not applicable for free shipping.
FedEx 2nd day and Overnight air: These two expedited options come with an extra charge that depends upon the product ordered. It is not available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPOs and UST.
Return Policy
PetSafe guarantees a 30 day return policy on all its items, provided they are in original condition with all the slips and tags attached. 25% restocking fees may be applied on products that are received in a non-saleable condition. After 30 days period from the date of purchase, sales are considered as final and hence, won’t be accepted for a return.
Once you prepare the return package, attach the return label and ship it back to the address mentioned there. Once the item is received, the refund will be processed within a couple of weeks and you shall be credited in the same method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the prepaid label cost will be deducted from your refund.
