If you're buying in bulk (orders between $500 and $1000) you will qualify for free shipping via UPS without needing a Constructive PlayThings coupon code. Below this threshold and shipping is charged at 15% of the order value with a minimum of $9.95.
Oversized items that require truck/freight shipping start at a minimum charge of $89, and ship for free if the order is valued over $1,000.
Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be dispatched and then up to 7 business days for delivery.
Return Policy
If you’re unsatisfied with anything that you have purchased, you're able to return it within 60 days of the original purchase date. Unwanted items must be in their original unused condition, and you will have to cover all outbound and return shipping costs. Defective items or items received in error will be fully refunded.
Obviously if you have used any Constructive PlayThings coupons to get a discount you will only be refunded the actual amount charged to your card or other payment method.
