Shipping Options
The Tria Beauty online store currently only caters to US, Canadian, Japanese, South Korean, and UK customers, all from the single website. All pricing is still displayed in US dollars however, so you may want to do your own currency calculation.
In the US all orders ship for free and come with three free samples, regardless of the order size. Delivery will take between 4 to 5 days. You can however pay for faster options, such as 2 Day (starting at $8) and Next Day (starting at $18).
Orders to APO and PO Box addresses can take up to 14 days and require a signature. There are no faster options to these addresses.
Return Policy
TRIA beauty has set a policy of 90 day money back guarantee in case you are not satisfied with the product. The refund amount is calculated deducting the shipping/handling cost. You need to contact the customer care center at 1-877-321-8742 to get an email regarding the return slip. No returns shall be accepted without this slip. The return package must be postmarked within 14 days from the day you contacted the customer care center. Once the return is processed, you’ll be reimbursed in the same form of payment you employed for purchasing. The whole process can take up to 10-14 days.
