About REEDS Jewelers
Reeds was founded in 1946 by Bill Zimmer and his wife, Roberta, after they bought a local jewelers in Wilmington. They immediately began to expand the business and have since grown to 64 locations in 13 states, including stand alone stores and mall locations.
Today the company is still a family run business with son Alan M. Zimmer serving as President. Data suggests they make upwards of $500 million in yearly revenue.

The store offers ten different methods of shipping. All methods contain a tracking number, which will be confirmed via email after payment. The methods are economy, standard, expedited, express, overnight, PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska & Hawaii and SHOPRunner Shipping, as well as in store pickup. Those who place an order of $150 or more will automatically be offered free shipping.

Return Policy
Any returns can be made within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. For an exchange, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be unused and in completely new condition. Engraved or custom designed items cannot be returned. If mistakes have been made in engraving, the case will be reviewed by a REEDS Jewelers professional.
