We seek skilled individuals in creative content writing and content marketing with a passion for traveling and living abroad to become an integral part of our team. You will be working full-time with like-minded people who are passionate about building online startups in Asia. We are nomadic and we work around the world. Some of us are currently based near one of the best surfing spots in Bali which creates a perfect work-life balance. Working with us is hardly a boring experience. But don’t get fooled by holiday mood of Bali. You will be expected to work just as hard as if our office was in rainy Scotland. The ocean and sun are for breaks, the work always comes first.
Responsibilities
– Creating quality content for websites and blogs that attracts, engages and retains thousands of global readers
– Ability to come up with creative marketing strategies – we look for 70% writer & 30% marketer
– Pitching to large newspapers, blogs and magazines
– Interacting with followers on social media platforms and building our audience
– Editing & proofreading content
– Coordinating article publication
Required skills
Our ideal candidate is Internet savvy, with strong copywriting skills and a creative eye. Great with words and storytelling techniques with excellent editing and proofreading skills. Solid social media presence and PR experience is a big plus. Excellent English is a prerequisite. Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and work in a multicultural team. Ideally, you would have experience in working with CMS systems such as WordPress and be SEO and affiliate savvy.
